Like many other women, my most worrying thing is that when I get pregnant, I gain too much weight, and my mother's fat is not increased. Even the doctor warned me a lot because I was afraid of carrying the 'double feeding for both mother and child'. I still keep a normal diet that limits starch, sugar and fried foods.

Fortunately, I do not have morning sickness so eating is not too difficult. I also added iron and every time I was hungry, I would drink fresh milk without sugar instead of milk. Joyce is quite tough, only 3 days old but he can raise his head when lying down without his mother's help.

I also go online to consult exercises for pregnant women. This not only helps the body to be supple during pregnancy but also makes it easier to give birth.

Although I pay attention to nutrition, I still gain a lot of weight. Before I was pregnant, I was 54 kg and after birth, I weighed again and got 73 kg. This number is really obsessed with a model like me. There were days when I did not dare to look at myself in the mirror, because the physique was not only rough but also stretched.

Weight loss after birth

About 1 month after giving birth, I started a more scientific diet to help my mother lose weight and have enough nutrition for Joyce. I apply Eat Clean mode, replacing bad starch with good starch. It may sound hard, but it's very simple, for example, replacing rice with vermicelli made from vegetables, regular bread with black bread or cereal. I also limited seasoning, focusing on lean meat, vegetables and beans. Do not eat a lot of sugar and completely eliminate the grease. Eat more in the morning and gradually reduce the amount of lunch and dinner food. Important, I drink enough 2 liters of water a day.

I also started going to the gym regularly from 30 to 90 minutes a day. Even I will practice my abdomen, thighs, hands. On the odd day, I focused on my shoulders, back, and butt. This helps muscle groups take time off and develop. At the end of each session, I will practice cardio subjects such as running, cycling . to help my body burn fat more and faster.

I know not everyone has a lot of time to go to the gym, but if I have the determination to lose weight, I always have a way. The days are too busy, I practice right at home. I bought carpets, hand weights and jump rope. If I slept, I would like to mobilize. When I practice, I wear a thin coat to release a lot of sweat to help me lose weight faster. Lactating or sucking milk is also a way to help moms farewell the most fat.

The mistakes when losing weight

Previously, I used to be in a hurry to lose weight, to see who seemed to be good at it and tried. For example, drinking fresh lemon without sugar when an empty stomach helps burn calories. But I don't know that, in the long run, this will erode the stomach, harming the body. I also fasted or ate into my throat, and threw my throat to vomit.

After successful and failing times, I realized that in order to have good measurements, the most important thing is to persevere. I myself need a good time to adapt to the new diet and exercise. The body cannot be like a bubble that can swell and collapse in a few days.

After giving birth, it took me a lot of time and effort to regain my slim waist and perhaps for a long time no more traces of stretch marks. But seeing Joyce regret the regret about the old figure has faded away. Luckily, my husband, Jay Quan, greatly encouraged me to pursue weight loss. He is also the one who urges and controls my diet in the right direction. What I feel most touching is that he often kisses the cracks.
