Material:
-1 tbsp olive oil
-2 cups peas
-1 cup sliced carrot
-1 cup dried onion, finely chopped
-1 cup of broccoli Romanesco broccoli or cauliflower
-3 cloves garlic
-1 cup chicken broth
How to do:
-Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium flame.
-Then add peas, carrots, onions and broccoli.
-FRY for 3-5 minutes, then add the garlic and saute for about 2-3 minutes.
-Add chicken broth and reduce heat to low.
Simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken broth was shallow and infuse into the fried vegetables assortment.

Material:
450 g pumpkin, slice the cube
450 g green beans
3 chip radish
500 g Eggplant
1 small onion
1/3 cup soy sauce
½ TSP black pepper
½ tsp salt
1-2 tbsp cooking oil
2 teaspoons chili distillation (optional)
How to do:
Step 1: Pumpkin Peel, core removed, washed, finely slice the cube. Green beans picked up clean, wash and break into song to just eat. CHOY, washed. Thai eggplant chunks. Chopped garlic, onions in small cells.
Step 2: Heat the cooking oil in a big pan. Add onion and FRY till onion until transparent. About 2 minutes. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Step 3: Add Zucchini, green beans, salt, pepper, sauce, soy sauce and stir-fry to not cover in 15 minutes, stir occasionally.
Add the Eggplant and the body of the CHOY on, sautéed in 7-10 minutes.
CHOY, leaves the island in a few minutes, then cover.
