Method 1:

30 quail eggs
300g of salt
Making
Wash quail eggs and use towel to dry.
Add half of the salt to the pot. Turn on the heat, simmer the salt to dry.
Carefully arrange the eggs into the saucepan and pour the remaining salt on top.
Cover the pot, cook the eggs on low heat for about 10 minutes, then turn off the heat. Wait about 5 minutes, then turn on the heat for 5 minutes more.

Prepare
- Chicken eggs, quail eggs
- Stencils (or tissue paper)
- Electric cooker
Making
Line the bottom of the pot with paper. You can also sprinkle some water on a paper towel.
Place the eggs on a paper towel. Cover the pot and press the Cook button. Wait for the pot to jump to the "warm" button and the egg is ready.
The time to cook depends on the type of pot. If the pot takes about 2-3 minutes to switch to the "warm" button immediately, you should file in the "warm" mode for another 10 minutes.
