Carambola
The advantage of star fruit is that it is low in calories but rich in fiber, vitamin C and antioxidants, so it is considered a delicious, good and cheap snack that many housewives choose. In star fruit contains oxalic acid, is not beneficial for people with a history of kidney disease, easy to cause kidney stones.
Shoots

Cooking or baking through blood cockles can leave these bacteria. Blood cockles are still banned in Shanghai after they caused a 1988 outbreak of hepatitis A.
Puffer fish
Puffer fish is a poisonous fish, often poisoning in Japan, Taiwan and Southeast Asian countries. According to the Food Safety Department, toxins in puffer fish, tetrodotoxin, are concentrated in liver, kidney, pancreas, reproductive organs, eyes, gills, skin and blood of fish. In puffer fish meat, there is no toxin, but when caught, processed or fish spoiled, crushed, toxins seep into the meat.
Octopus tentacles
This live dish is very popular in Korea, Japan and even restaurants in Vietnam. The tentacles of the octopus can be moved though, along with many body-mounted suction holes, causing them to cause a lot of choking and death every year.
Feseekh fish dish
Feseekh processing involves preparing clean fish and drying it in the sun before incubating salt for 45 days. This is a rather complicated stage passed down by family (hereditary). However, if processed incorrectly, the dish becomes "poison" to the user.
