Making
Step 1: Pork washed then put in a pot boiled together with bay leaf, pepper and star anise. Boil for about 15 minutes. When the water starts to boil, lower the heat so that the meat cooked slowly will taste better and softer. Then, take out the meat to cool.
Step 2: When the meat has cooled, put the meat in the mortar, crush the meat, and then tear it with your fingers. Blending with a blender will save time but not as good as pounding by hand.
Step 3: Put the shrimp into the pan, add 20 ml of soy sauce, 10 ml of delicious fish sauce, 5 grams of five spices, 20 grams of sugar, 50 grams of paprika, 10 ml of white wine, stirring on medium heat.
Step 4: When the seasoning infuse, you add oil to the above meat mixture, stir quickly until the meat is dry, soft cotton, add white sesame, mix well and turn off the heat.
Allow to cool before putting it in an airtight container, store in a cool place.
