Material:
- 3 chicken drumsticks
- 9 fresh mushrooms
- Garlic, green onions
- Spices: soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar,
- Cooking oil.
Making:
Step 1: Wash the chicken thighs, strain the bones, cut into bite-sized pieces and marinate spices (soy sauce, cooking wine, salt) for about 10 minutes.
Step 2: Fresh shiitake mushrooms, washed, cut into bite-sized pieces. Chopped green onion.
Step 3: Heat the pan with cooking oil, add the aromatic onion garlic, and then fry the chicken well. Then, separate the chicken into a bowl.
Step 4: Add a little bit of cooking oil to greet, non-fragrant garlic and then pour the mushrooms. Season with soy sauce, salt, sugar to taste.
Step 5: Add the chicken, stir well with the mushrooms. Then add a little boiling water, simmer for about 5 minutes and then increase the heat to the last minute until the water runs out.
Finally, add chopped scallions, stir and turn off the heat. For fried chicken mushrooms on a plate and then enjoy with white rice.
