How to make wild anchovies fried fish sauce that extremely expensive days of cool weather

Material:

- Dried anchovy: 200 gr

- Onions, minced garlic

- Spices: sugar, chutney, chili, fish sauce

- Roasted peanuts (if you like)

Making:

- Dried anchovies soaked in water to soften and reduce salinity. Rinse several times with water, drain.
