How to make spring rolls
- Dry nuggets washed, soaked in water for 10-15 minutes and then picked out to drain (if using fresh nuggets, do not have to wash).
- Mix rice crumbs, raw rolls, pureed meat with pepper, delicious fish sauce and chopped onions. Add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil when mixing, mix to prevent cooling for about 30 minutes to infuse spices.
- Take a little bit of molded meat into a circle and press flat, small and large depending on your preferences.
- Add lotus leaf or broccoli leaf into steaming lining. Apply a layer of cooking oil to the surface of the leaf. Then put each spring rolls.
- Steam the patties for about 15 minutes so that the flavor is blended and the aroma of lotus leaf is cool and blended into each piece.
- Fry the patties, steamed in an oil-filled pan until both sides turn to golden color. When fried, take out the tray with paper layer lined to absorb excess oil.
Cha yellow, eye-catching colors and soft, moderate moisture, fragrant aroma of nuggets, rich pork is very attractive. Pork rolls with chili sauce or fish sauce with a little more chili are delicious.
Com cha is often used to serve with rice, noodles or other typical dishes of Hanoi. You can store cooked porridge in fridge compartment for 3-5 days.
