Formula 1
Material:
- 400 grams celery
- 100 grams of pork
- Spices: 30ml rice wine, salt, wheat flour, dried onion, seasoning powder.
Making:
- Pork washed, sliced to taste.
- Marinate pork with salt, wine and flour for 20 minutes. Seasoning with flour will help the meat soft, not chewy.
- Celery washed, cut to taste.

Material:
- 300 grams of pork
- 2 onions
- 100 grams celery
- Spices: salt, pepper, sugar, fish sauce, satay, garlic, chili.
- Pork washed, sliced to taste, then marinated with the following spices: seasoning seeds, minced garlic, minced chili, fish sauce, sugar, pepper, within 20 minutes.
- Onions peeled and sliced. Celery cut and cry.
- North frying pan on the stove, wait until the oil is hot, then fry the garlic, stir fry pork until it is cooked, then pour it into a bowl.
- Break the onion, when nearly ripe, pour the pork on the island. Tasting spices to taste.
- When pork and onions are cooked, add celery to the island for another 5 minutes.
