Making:

Step 1:

- Morning glory picks up and picks up the young tops, removes leaves and old stalks. If the morning glory is too long, you can cut it into 2-3 parts. Morning glory washed and then soaked in salt water for 15 minutes. Then take out and drain.

Step 2:

Prepare a pot of boiling water. Should use a large pot to avoid cramming vegetables when boiled will be crushed. The secret to crispy and green spinach is to put some salt in a pot of vegetable broth. When the water boils, add the morning glory to about 30 seconds to 1 minute and leave immediately.

Soak the morning glory in ice water for about 10-15 minutes and then remove it to drain. Use chopsticks to gently stir the vegetables several times so that the water falls out and drains effectively.

Step 3:

- Peeled garlic, crushed and minced.

- Chili washed, removed seeds and minced.

- Lemon squeezes the juice.

- Add 3 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, lemon juice to a bowl and stir well to dissolve the sugar. You can reduce spices to suit your family's taste. When you see a mixture of sweet and sour salt, add garlic and chilli that have been minced into the mixture.

- You put the morning glory into a large bowl and add the fish sauce mixture. Finally, add roasted peanuts and marjoram and mix well with water spinach. Display it on a plate and enjoy it.

Note, if you have not eaten immediately, do not add peanuts and sesame to mix with vegetables. Wait until the new food is added to mix well to avoid the peanut soaked in water and eat well.
