Instead of regular lemongrass steaming, you can make a little variation to add flavor to the dish. Just add some butter and some lemons and you have a delicious and strange steamed shrimp dish.

Material:
4 lemons (either lemon or lime)
20 shrimp
30ml cooking wine, 30ml lemon juice, 15g rock sugar
40g unsalted butter
1 minced garlic
A little salt, pepper.
Process:
Shrimp washed, removed only black and dirty on the head.
Put shrimp in bowl, add cooking wine, 30ml of lemon juice, a little salt and white pepper, mix well, marinate shrimp for about 15 minutes.
Lemons washed, 1 sliced lemon, the remaining 3 squeezed juice.
The rice cooker pushes the Cook button, adds butter and melts. Add minced garlic and rock sugar. Cover the rice cooker for 3 minutes until the sugar is dissolved and the garlic is aromatic.
Add the sliced shrimp and lemon and mix well then add the lemon juice. You can reduce the amount of lemon juice according to your taste. Cover the rice cooker and cook for 20 minutes.
Cooked shrimp, served hot plate with white rice.
