Material:
- 300 grams of lean beef
- 200 grams of corn
- 1/2 onion
- 1/4 cauliflower
- 1/2 carrot
- 100 grams celery
- 1 leek
- Spices: Cooking oil, dry onions, garlic, fish sauce, sugar, and seasoning seeds.
Process materials:
- Beef washed, sliced to taste, marinated with garlic, fish sauce, seasoning seeds within 30 minutes.
- Wash vegetables, then do the following:
+ Corn in half
+ Cauliflower cut into small pieces.

Making:

- Step 2: Stir-fry fried shallots and sauté onion, cauliflower, carrots and baby corn. Season with the following proportions: 1 teaspoon of seasoning seeds, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar and stir fry until the vegetables are just cooked.
- Step 3: Pour in cooked stir-fried beef, season with seasoning to taste.
- Step 4: Add celery leeks, stir quickly and turn off the heat.
