3 many habits of Vietnamese people still do: Thought is good for the liver but the results are startling

Sleepless

Today, most people, especially young people, have a habit of working or entertaining until late at night. However, staying up at night makes the liver most vulnerable. Because during sleep, the body will be programmed to repair itself. If you go to bed too late, this regimen will be affected, thus reducing resistance and affecting the health regeneration process (including liver) at night.

Routine drinking alcohol and beer regularly

There are many reasons why you have to drink beer regularly, such as receiving guests because of your work, friends or family members who do not drink beer or wine to easily bring the story. However, if you know that more than 90% of alcohol and beer enter the body, the liver must be metabolized. When the liver receives toxins from alcohol, beer will immediately affect other activities of the body. Alcohol poison, beer will enter the blood, nerves and move around, thereby harming the body.

Eat at the wrong time

Eating at the wrong time will cause the liver to function abnormally without the 'biological clock', which is easily impaired. When the body is too hungry, it will metabolize itself by storing energy in the body, then you provide a leftover amount of food. This will cause the organs in the body to work tired, including the liver.

According to the doctor, you should eat one meal every 4 hours, this is enough time for digestion and absorption of food, while providing enough ingredients for the body to function.

Thus, to protect a healthy liver, you should work, eat and sleep with a plan. This not only contributes to protecting the liver but also helps to maintain long-term health.
