Drink slowly

Hot sunshine many people feel thirsty will drink a glass of water full. However, this is not a good way to drink water, which can be dangerous, especially if you have been exercising, running, and doing heavy work.

Due to the hot weather, the body will sweat a lot, drinking too much water for a short time will increase sweating and increase the risk of electrolytes such as sodium, potassium will make you feel more and more more thirsty.

Should drink water slowly, small amounts, so that water has time to permeate the intestinal wall into the blood vessels and have time to satisfy the thirst of the body when being dehydrated. Drink in a hurry because it can cause hiccups or bloating.

Drink warm water

Although summer is hot, everyone likes to drink cool water. But few people know that drinking cold water will cause gastrointestinal discomfort, cramps, even diarrhea. Therefore, hot weather should also drink warm water with a temperature of 10-30 degrees C.

Drink water often
