Kidney stones are a solid object that forms in the kidneys when concentrations of some substances in the urine accumulate too much. Kidney stones can cause pain for patients.

An unreasonable diet plus poor environmental conditions inadvertently increases the working pressure for the kidneys. Maintaining bad eating habits over long periods of time will increase the incidence of kidney, gravel, polycystic kidney disease or kidney failure.

Here are the foods you should limit your use if you do not want kidney problems

1. Oxalate-rich foods

Kidney stones form due to calcium oxalate accumulation, so eating large amounts of oxalate foods in large quantities can increase the risk of kidney stones. Oxalate in urine combined with calcium will form kidney stones calcium-oxalate.

Oxalate-rich foods should avoid spinach, okra, beetroot, kale, celery, soy milk, strawberries .

2. Meat

Meat contains many important proteins for the human body.

However, high protein diets from animals increase the risk of kidney stones. Meat, especially organs like the liver, has high purine levels. Purine stimulates the production of uric acid, a waste usually processed by the kidneys. Too much of this substance is the cause of kidney stones.

3. Caffeine

A published 2004 study found that the amount of caffeine may increase the risk of calcium-oxalate stone formation. Caffeine also has a diuretic effect that makes you urinate often and can lead to dehydration, which is one of the risk factors for kidney stones.

Caffeine is not only found in coffee but also in tea and soda. These drinks increase the amount of calcium in the urine and can cause kidney failure.

4. Dairy products

Dairy products including milk, cheese and yogurt contain lots of calcium. This means increasing the level of calcium in your urine.

Eating more dairy products increases the risk of kidney stones. For people with kidney disease, consumption of dairy products should be reduced to avoid overloading the kidneys.

5. Salt

Most of us eat too much salt - which means putting too much sodium in our bodies. Too much sodium causes the kidney to retain water to dilute salt in the blood, putting pressure on the kidneys.

Prolonged salt-eating habits increase blood pressure and damage blood purification and kidney toxicity.

6. Carbonated drinks

Carbonated drinks such as soda and energy drinks increase the risk of developing kidney stones.

A 2007 study was published to note that carbonated beverages contain phosphoric acid that causes urinary changes and increases the risk of chronic kidney disease.
