Switzerland: HIV infection acupuncture

A music teacher and a free acupuncture was accused of forcing cause HIV to 16 people in the period 2001-2005.

Regional Court of Bern-Mitelland (Switzerland) has prosecuted Maurice Goeller, 53 years old, who do not have HIV, do spread the disease and cause serious damage to another person's body.

The Prosecutor said he has done the acupuncture without licenses and accused of "borrowing" work to transmit the HIV virus to customers using the needle nose got the virus.

The officials have started investigating Goeller after a complaint in 2005 from Thomas Kaiser, 1 student who have positive test results with HIV and for that you can just infected from the acupuncture process in the House Goeller. There are accusations of negative Goeller.
