Baby 3 years survived miraculously after 5 times of organ transplants

Baby Adonis underwent transplant surgery to 5 internal organs include the liver, pancreas, stomach, small intestine and the colon in the medical center of the University of Miami Jackson Memorial (USA).

Today 17/12, this boys smile along with her mother and the doctor appeared before a press conference to talk about surgeries save lives for Adonis and the amazing recovery of the boy.

When the pregnancy was 4 months, Mrs. Aracelis Ortiz-baby mother Adonis received terrible news to announce that the boy in her belly is growing with a congenital malformation known as gastroschisis. This malformation causes the baby's intestines protruding through a hole in the abdominal wall. Even though the doctor advised to break the abortion in the abdomen but she again decided born baby.

Boy Adonis was born on 7/12/2010 and right after that, I went through surgery to correct the defect in the body.

Five days after the surgery, doctors discovered internal organs of this boy was severely damaged and the intestines are not fully developed. According to the doctors, Adonis only 28 cm intestine, whereas other normal kids must have to 250 cm.

Adonis underwent two surgeries after that but still the baby's condition deteriorated. By August this year, boys are diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver stages 2 and need a liver transplant surgery.

And good luck to the family baby Adonis in October. The boy's family has found the organ donation is a baby died.

"The baby is really very strong," his mother said. "After all the surgeries, the babies hatch smile."

Dr. Rodrigo Vianna, who performed the implant shifts for baby Adonis, said his 3-year old patient, very lucky because there was a normal life after surgery

Baby's tiny body Adonis brought large scars after surgery. Now, the boy is being fed through a small tube that runs from the colon to the nose. However, the doctors hope that in a few months, your baby will start to consume in the normal way.
