Warning: Pregnant women use water, toothpaste contains flour, children born less intelligent

Pregnant women use products containing fluoride, children born less intelligent

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), using fluoride-containing products (commonly known as fluorine) can reduce the risk of tooth decay by children and adults by 25%.

However, recent studies have shown that fluoride may also have a negative impact on users' health.

A study published in 2014 found that regular exposure to fluoride may increase the risk of cognitive decline.

Dr. Howard Hu and colleagues from the University of Toronto, Canada, also showed that fluoride can negatively affect children's intelligence.

The study was conducted with 299 women and their children in Mexico. Scientists took urine samples from each mother during pregnancy and when children were 6 - 12 years old to determine the level of fluoride exposure.

A child's intelligence is assessed by scientists by the General Awareness Index (GCI) when he is 4 years old. When children are 6-12 years old, intelligence is assessed using the Wechsler Intelligence Summary Scale (WASI).

The results showed that the children of mothers with high levels of fluoride in urine during pregnancy had lower intelligence than those of mothers with low fluoride levels.

Specifically, fluoride levels during pregnancy increased by 0.5 mg / l, GCI and WASI scores of children decreased by 3.15 and 2.5 points respectively. Interestingly, urine fluoride levels in children aged 6 - 12 years do not seem to affect their intelligence.

Scientists believe that fetal nervous system development may be affected by high levels of fluoride in the uterus and this will cause the baby's intelligence to be reduced later.

Another study by scientists at the University of Michigan (USA) also shows that regular exposure to fluoride may increase the risk of cognitive decline. Scientists took urine samples of mothers during pregnancy and when children were 6-12 years old to determine the level of fluoride exposure.

As a result, children of the mothers with high levels of fluoride in urine during pregnancy had lower intelligence than those of mothers with low fluoride levels.

From this, the researchers concluded that, with pregnant women exposed to fluoride, babies were born with a low IQ. Specifically, for every 1 mg of fluoride ion in 1 liter of pregnant mothers' urine, the baby's IQ score will decrease by an average of 2.4 when aged from 1-3.

Some flour detoxifies the body

1. Iodine supplementation

Iodine is an important factor for metabolism between cells, especially thyroid hormones. It helps to excrete fluoride in the body through urine.

Natural sources of iodine can be found in seaweed, blueberries, natural fermented yogurt, organic vegetables.

2. Add the element Bo

Boron or boron is one of the miraculous substances in the treatment of brain slowness and osteoporosis. Boron also has the effect of pushing flour out of the body.

Bo-rich foods are mostly nuts, dates, prunes, honey, broccoli, bananas and avocados.

3. Addition of magnesium and calcium

Most people are deficient in Magnesium because this mineral is nearly depleted due to modern agricultural methods. Magnesium plays an important role in the metabolism and synthesis of nutrients in the body, inhibiting the absorption of flour into cells. Along with magnesium, calcium is like a magnet that pulls flour out of bones and teeth.

Magnesium and Ccanxi are found in dark green vegetables, whole grains, avocados, yogurt, dried fruits and dark chocolate.

4. Detoxifying the liver

Some studies suggest that flour can have permanent residues in the liver.

Enhance liver function and detoxification by eating lots of garlic, turmeric, avocado and drinking lots of lemon juice. Healthy liver will easily eliminate flour and many heavy metals from the body.
