DIY hair styling gel

1. Aloe vera gel

Aloe vera contains various compounds such as vitamins, enzymes, sugar, salicylic acid, amino acids, minerals and saponins. Vitamins A, C and E help hair grow faster and smoother. Aloe vera has anti-inflammatory properties that soothe the scalp and eliminate dandruff. Aloe vera has the ability to increase blood circulation in the scalp, reduce hair loss and help hair grow faster.

Materials to prepare:

- Aloe leaf

Doing:

- Get a big aloe leaf and use a knife to cut the root of the aloe leaf.

- Cut out the aloe leaf and remove the gel.

- Put aloe vera gel in a bowl, mix well.

- Apply aloe vera gel on hair.

- If you want a little more aroma, you can give a few drops of rosemary or lavender essential oil. Mix well and apply to hair.

2. Linseed gel

Flax seeds contain omega 3 fatty acids that help healthy hair and reduce the risk of damage. Flax seeds also contain lignans that act as antioxidants, thereby increasing hair elasticity, preventing hair breakage and helping hair grow faster.

Materials to prepare:

- 2 cups of water

- 1 cup of flax seeds

Doing:

- Fill the pot with water and add flax seeds. Pour enough water to soak flax seeds.

- To soak flax seeds for at least 6-8 hours (soaking seeds overnight will help produce more gel).

- Drain and pour 2 cups of clean water into the pot and heat the flax seeds.

- Boil at high temperature and then reduce heat.

- Cook flax seeds until there is a layer of gel like that. Flax seeds tend to stick to pots so you need to stir. The longer you cook, the thicker the gel. Thick gel enhances strong hair retention. If you want to have a strong grip, cook for 4 minutes.

- Filter the gel into a bowl with a filter net and let it drain.

- Remove excess gel from the sieve.

3. Gelatin

Gelatin contains keratin protein to make hair strong. Gelatin not only takes care of damaged hair but also nourishes hair, reduces hair loss, smoothes hair cuticles and adds shine to the hair.

Materials to prepare:

- 1 tablespoon gelatin (for strong curling) or ¾ tablespoon gelatin (for medium hair sticky) or ½ tablespoon gelatin (for keeping light hair)

Doing:

- Pour hot water into the pot and add gelatin.

- Stir well and place in glass jar and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

- Add an essential oil and stir well.

- Apply the mixture to your hair.

4. Honey

As a natural moisturizer, honey helps store moisture in the scalp, thus preventing dry, broken hair and conditioning hair. Honey also improves hair follicles and helps avoid bacterial and fungal infections.

Materials to prepare:

- 1-2 tablespoons of pure honey

- 2 cups of water

- 1 cup of flax seeds

- ½ teaspoon of vitamin E oil

- A few drops of your favorite essential oils.
