With age, facial skin becomes sagging and not only because of weak facial muscles and reduced collagen and elastin production. There is another reason for aging - the facial bone movement. As a result, the oval face becomes more bulky, the cheeks and chin become sagging. However, a Japanese man named Chiyo Hayashi did a great job trying to solve this problem. He developed a special technique for facial massage that restored the original position of the skull and improved microcirculation in facial tissues. This system is named Korugi.
Muscle force gradually decreases over the years and the fat is redistributed. At a young age, fat forms a homogeneous layer, but in old age, it starts to accumulate in certain areas.
Take the mirror and massage oil before you start the procedure. It will help you keep track of whether you perform the movements correctly, as well as avoid additional friction. Before implementation, your skin should be clean.
Massage is strictly prohibited if you have lymphatic disorders, chronic skin disease or facial wounds. You should rub and press on the face quite strongly, but do not create pain.
