Preparation:
2 spoons of oatmeal
2 spoons yoghurt without sugar
1 tsp. almond oil
How to do:
Mix well all the ingredients, to within 5 minutes for oats and full bloom. Dab evenly over your face and massage it for 5 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
