Nobody likes to look older than age. Although there are a number of anti-aging products available on the market, we recommend using natural remedies to combat the signs of aging.
Cabbage and lemon
Making:
- Cut half of cabbage and boil in salt water until it becomes soft.
- Cut cabbage boiled into smaller pieces and then put in the blender. Add a tablespoon of fruit juice and mix well.
- Crush two ingredients together to create a paste.
- Apply the mixture on your face and massage gently for about 5-10 minutes.
- Leave the mask for about half an hour or longer until dry.
- Wash the dough with a little cold water and a mild moisturizer. You can smell a bit of cabbage but no problem.
- Use this mask two to three times a week to help your skin get rid of toxins.
Cabbage soup
Making:
- Steam small cabbage in a small steam boiler.
- Add some diced vegetables in the boiler along with half a liter of water and then put all ingredients into the pot to boil over medium heat.
- Turn off the fire when all the vegetables have become soft.
- Drink soup little by little after it cools a little.
- Eat this cabbage soup every day to increase alkalinity in the body.
Cabbage and green tea
Making:
- Take a small bowl of diced cabbage and grind it with a little green tea to create a thick and smooth mixture.
- Apply this mixture to your face and gently massage to nourish the skin.
- Leave the mixture on the face for 15-20 minutes.
- Use warm water with some mild detergents to remove green cabbage or tea on your skin.
- Repeat this mask to get the best effect.
Apple cider vinegar and cabbage
Making:
- Take the same amount of cabbage as you did in the first way and place in a medium-sized autoclave.
- Fill the boiler with water and then add three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to it.
- Put the cabbage in the vinegar for half an hour.
- Grind boiled cabbage to create a thick paste and then spread it over your face.
- Rinse the cabbage mask with a clean towel after applying 20 minutes.
- This process can be repeated a lot to rejuvenate the skin.
Cabbage and cucumber
Making:
- Mix half a cabbage, a cucumber peeled and two three cloves of garlic together to form a paste.
- Wrap this mixture in a thin cloth and squeeze it to extract excess liquid. Keep the remaining mixture aside.
- Apply this mixture of cabbage and cucumber on your face and massage to deepen nutrients.
- Leave the dough on your face for 10-15 minutes and then rinse with plain water and towels.
- Repeat this procedure twice or longer for a continuous week to rejuvenate, clean your pores to prevent age signs.
