Choose the right time to practice

Clean personal items regularly

Nutrition

To increase muscle performance and prepare for strong activities, you should eat light before doing it for about 30 minutes. You should have a proper diet and choose the right foods. Eating full of essential nutrients, eating lots of green vegetables, ripe fruits will benefit the heart and digestive system. Maintaining a proper diet in the summer, especially avoiding water shortages, will make your body tired and compromise the health of your skin. Excessive exercise and rest should be avoided as soon as the body feels tired.

Select suitable exercises

Choosing a gym is also important to help exercise more effectively. If the clothing is too tight, it can affect the appearance of the person when working hard. The sweat-absorbing training pants will create a chance for bacteria to thrive.

You should choose clothes that are cool, absorb sweat and fit your body. Absolutely not wearing clothes that are too tight or too close to you will make you uncomfortable when exercising as well as making you sweat easily. A good fit and elastic shoe is also important to help you practice better.

Provide adequate body water

If you regularly add about 2 liters of water every day, you now need to provide more water than normal because the body gets more sweat in the summer and is more likely to experience dehydration. Especially when exercising, need to be provided with enough water to work. Before practicing for about 1 hour, you should give your body 500ml and divide it into many times to drink.

During exercise, you also need to replenish your body with water to compensate for lost water. After 15-20 minutes, you should drink about 100-200ml and take small sips to better absorb your body. Absolutely not drink too much water at once.
