Children with asthma because ... too clean house

That is the results from the research was conducted by scientists in the Johons Hopkins children Center (USA). The researchers said the infants are less likely to have allergies or wheezing after this-if they are regularly exposed to bacteria and allergens from rodents, cockroaches and kittens in the first years of life.

While previous researchers that the asthma risk often increases among the city residents, because they often are exposed to high numbers of cockroaches, mice, pet feces and allergens. Results on the ground were the earlier researchers.

Babies are prone to allergies or wheezing later if the House is too clean.

Dr. Robert Wood-Director of the Division of Allergy and Immunology at Johns Hopkins children's Center in Baltimore (USA)-co-author of the study, said: "the findings on the amazingly and somewhat contrary to our initial predictions. Turns out, the infants exposed to chemical allergens as much as possible, they are less likely to have allergies and wheezing after this ".

In the study, the scientists have already track 467 babies in the big cities are Baltimore, Boston, New York and St Louis (USA). The researchers have created a list of these kids from lying in the womb and are tracking the health right from birth. The results showed that, young was raised in the House of mouse, cat hair and cockroaches in the first year of life, have been wheezing rate lower than children not exposed to the allergens when they are 3 years old.

Specifically, 51 percent of children growing up in affluent families, homes are always hygienically clean, with very little bacteria and allergens have wheezing, compared to 17% of the children have ever spent the first year of life in poor families and are exposed to multiple allergens.

The researchers said the findings support the "hygiene hypothesis", that children living in these homes too clean often tend to be susceptible to allergies, because the body does not have the opportunity to develop an appropriate response to fight the causes of allergies in the newborn period.

Many children suffer from asthma.

According to the American Lung Association, more than half of older adults in the u.s. have wheezing, recurrent wheeze and comes with the allergy is considered a risk factor for asthma triggers in children after this. At the same time, asthma is a common disease, affects about 7 million children in America today.

A study by Australian scientists, published in the journal New England Journal of Medicine, also said the children in the countryside less asthma than children who live in the city because they are frequently exposed to bacterial products, particularly from animals and activities related to agriculture.

Professor, Dr. Peter Sly, Queensland Institute for pediatric research, said scientists have calculated the amount of bacteria and fungi from the dust in the bedroom of the child and that the child should gain more time playing outdoors.

He clearly indicate exposure to bacterial products, particularly from animals and activities related to agriculture, will help work out the immune system with what to ignore in the environment and helps the body to be protected before the development of allergic diseases and asthma.

In contrast, the children in the city are not exposed to the bacteria so that the risk of asthma was higher.

However, Dr. Sly discovered that on does not mean living in all the areas in the countryside are beneficial for health.=
