Add this and then wash the mushrooms, making sure the dirt is even removed

To clean mushrooms, we first need to soak the mushrooms in warm water for about 10 minutes. Any dirt on the mushroom's surface will flake off and sink to the bottom.

Then gently rub with your hands to remove any visible dirt that may remain on the fungus.

When this is done, the actual washing of mushrooms is not yet complete. At this point, remove the mushrooms, place on a clean plate. Add a little bit of baking soda to the mushrooms and gently rub the mushrooms with your fingers, especially the inside of the mushrooms. After baking soda is completely dissolved, put the mushrooms in a bowl, add water and stir by hand.

Soak the mushrooms in this baking soda water for about 10 minutes. Dirty things and small insects in mushrooms will automatically peel off.

Remove the mushrooms, put in another bowl, add water, add 2 drops of sesame oil, soak for 2 minutes, the dirty things in the mushrooms will be attracted by sesame oil.

Tips to buy delicious mushrooms

For fresh mushrooms

- The color must be fresh, not be crushed, natural aroma. Do not buy mushrooms that have wrinkles or dark circles. Buy a mushroom with a thin layer of silk on top of it.

- Stalks are firm, uniform color. If the mushroom has hatched into leaves, the rays must be uniform, beautiful and dry.
