Christine Ha tells you how to make Curry chicken dish for cold days

Onion powder: 1 tsp

Garlic powder: 1 tsp

Salt: 1 tsp

Ground black pepper: 1 tsp

Oil: 2 tbsp

Carrot: 3 bulbs and Peel, missed cut into chunks

Potatoes: 3 bulbs, peeled, chopped pieces form the spearhead

Celery: 2 lemon, cut

Notes:

1 teaspoon = 5 ml, 15 ml = 1 tablespoon, 1 cup = 250 ml

Garlic powder, onion powder, corn flour and curry powder may be looking to buy in the supermarket. Separate garlic powder and onion can be substituted with garlic, fresh onion.

How to do:

For chicken, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp. powdered broth in large bowl and mix well. Marinated in 30 minutes.
