- Old non-stick pans, cast iron pans or stainless steel pans

- Salt

- Coconut oil

- Tissue

Making:

Step 1: Heat the pan, then put 2 tablespoons of coconut oil into the pan, hold the pan pan to keep the oil covered the pan surface for 30 seconds.

Step 2: Remove the oil and then add a little salt to the pan.

Step 3: Now, use a thick folded paper towel, rub the salt and oil in the pan together. Remember to rub the bottom and the pan.

Step 4: Wipe the pan clean with paper towels.

So you have a regular pan but not inferior to a non-stick pan.

Method 2:

Prepare:

- Old non-stick pans, cast iron pans or stainless steel pans

- Cooking oil

- White vinegar

Making:

- Clean the pan, then pour a little white vinegar, heat up the pan.

- Use sponge soaked in and then apply vinegar evenly around the wall of the pot. After application and scrub several times, discard the vinegar and rinse with water.

- Put the pan on the stove, heat with high heat to let the water remaining in the pan evaporate.

- When the pan is hot, lower the heat, pour the cooking oil, then spread the oil all over the pan or pan. At this time, keep the temperature on the table for 2-3 minutes.

After this time, turn off the heat, allow to cool, and pour in cooking oil. Use dishwashing liquid to wash the pan.

Note: After a period of use, when the pan becomes sticky, you can perform this operation again.
