- 500 grams of lean meat shoulder
- 2 tbsp marinated with char siu sauce (bought from the supermarket)
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon crushed alum sugar (can be replaced by regular white sugar)

Step 1: Rinse the meat, use a paper towel to dry, then put in the bowl, add soy sauce, char siu sauce, a few drops of cooking wine into the bowl. Use your hand to squeeze the spices to soak into the meat more easily. Marinate the meat for 30 minutes.
