Pregnant pregnant women 46 years of birth to shape the child after birth makes everyone 'shocked'

For a woman named Zahra Aboutalib from Casablanca, Morocco, the pregnancy lasts up to 46 years.

The incident happened in 1955, at that time Zahra was 26 years old. The young girl did not report her pregnancy status to the medical staff. At that time, Zahra felt unbearable pain when he was about to give birth. However, while in the hospital, Zahra saw a patient die after birth. Because of that she was too scared and decided to run away.

Zahra suffered with pain for 48 hours and until a few days passed, the pain suddenly ceased. When the childbirth pain really ended, Zahra began to return to his normal life without knowing he was still pregnant with this child for years.

In Moroccan culture, it is believed that a baby can sleep inside the mother's body to protect her honor. Zahra believed it and put the fetus in his belly out of his mind. She adopted 3 children.

46 years passed, suddenly a stomach ache again. Zahra was now an old woman, rushed to a local clinic by a adopted son.

The ultrasound results show that something looks like a fetus in Zahra's uterus. Doctors thought it was a tumor because Zahra was 72 years old, but the results after the surgery showed clearly that Zahra was pregnant. When growing in the abdomen and when removed, the baby is horrible: almost turned into a mummy and petrified.

A fetus died in the abdomen and Zahra's body considered it, but a strange object, years of forming a shell around, formed "fossilized fetus".

Fetal stone in the abdomen is actually not rare. History of human medicine has recorded more than 300 cases and including a case of Vietnamese plays.

Accordingly, in 2014, Dr. Nguyen Hong Quang, Director of Cam Ranh General Hospital, Khanh Hoa province, said, on the afternoon of March 31, the results of examination and consultation with the doctors of the Hospital. Two days later, Ms. Sau was taken with an MRI scan with the same result, the tumor had a fetus-like shape, the possibility of fetal calcification.

What is fetal petrification?

According to professional researchers, petrified fetuses are dead fetal cells stored in the mother's body over many years of calcification, called fetal stone. Stillbirths are all cases of fertilized eggs and implants in the womb, but cannot develop into an adult fetus.

The fetus dies and stays in the uterus. If not detected and intervened, the minimum time left in the uterus from the time of fetal death to expulsion is usually more than 48 hours. Pregnancy is most likely to occur in the first 3 months but not until the 9th month.

The death of the fetus is saved and stored in the mother's body, leading to the phenomenon of fetal stone stasis.
