The face of foods that are easy to cause cancer that many Vietnamese people are addicted to, be careful with

Convenience food

Preserved meats often contain large amounts of nitrite, nitrate, and preservatives. These substances may increase the risk of stomach cancer and other cancers. Prepared foods also often contain white flour, sugar, oil, food colors, flavorings and other unhealthy ingredients.

French fries

This is not only a dish with lots of fat and sodium, fries also contain many artificial flavors, colorants that your body cannot identify. Frying potatoes at high temperatures to create crispness also creates acrylamide, a recognized carcinogen in tobacco.

Barbecue

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) are substances created when burning some materials, such as coal or wood. Another problem is that meat fat drips into charcoal when grilling will create smoke and fire, which allows PAHs to stick to food, increasing the risk of exposure to carcinogens.

Popcorn

The popcorn bags contain Perfluoroalkyl, perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) to prevent oil seepage through the packaging. When exposed to heat, these chemicals will seep into popcorn. When you eat these substances, they appear as blood pollutants. PFOA has been linked to animal tumors (liver, pancreas, testes and mammary glands in mice), and it also increases the risk of prostate cancer.

Farmed salmon

Natural Omega-3s found in fish are essential for the body, but farmed salmon has a special diet filled with chemicals, antibiotics, and pesticides. Their meat is full of mercury and dioxin causing cancer, unfortunately 60% of salmon meat is now farmed salmon. If you need to eat a lot, look for brands that indicate this is natural salmon.

Pickled food

Foods that are often soaked in saline, vinegar and nitrate, can add artificial colors. Normal vinegar is good for health, but soaking with salt and nitrate makes it more harmful. Eating a lot of food soaked daily can increase your risk of colorectal cancer and stomach.
