1 dry onion
2 small tomatoes
50 grams of pineapple
1-2 tablespoons of tamarind me
Scallions, scent of ships
Fish sauce, salt, pepper

Making
Step 1
The ribs are washed and the pieces are eaten. Put the ribs in the pot, fill with water, add a tablespoon of salt. Heat the fire to simmer for 2-3 minutes, then pour the ribs into the basket, wash away the dirty and dusted foam (the first rib broth also goes away). Put the ribs back into the pot. Heat the fire until it boils, skim off the foam if available. Lower fire and security until soft ribs.
Step 2
While waiting for security, prepare other types of materials: Dried onion, small minced onions. Tomatoes washed, add areca zone. Pineapple slices to taste (about 2 x 2cm size). Scallions cut off roots, washed, sliced round. The smell of the ship cuts off the roots, rinses, shreds.
Step 3
North pot on the stove, to medium heat. Heat a spoonful of cooking oil, non-aromatic onion. Stir in pineapple for 3-4 minutes until the pineapple is slightly soft. Add tomatoes and 1 teaspoon of spices (I use Hai Chau soup powder, you can replace it with salt, Knorr seasoning or fish sauce) and stir fry with pineapple until the tomato and pineapple soften slightly (can keep some pieces of tomatoes to be added later for a nice soup bowl).
Step 4
Put ribs and ribs in the pot. Boil, remove foam (if any). Lower the heat to simmer for about 3-5 minutes for the sweet and sour taste of pineapple and tomato to soak in the soup. Add fish sauce and tamarind juice if you feel a lack of acidity. Turn off the stove. Sprinkle the smell. Serve hot with white rice or vermicelli.
