FORMULA 1: PACKED PIG MIX
Material:
- 300 grams of pork skin
- 200 grams of peanuts
- Ginger, garlic, star anise, pepper, coriander, scallions
- Spices: fish sauce, vinegar (or lemon), chili, sugar, salt, white sesame.
Making:
- Wash and boil pork skin.
- Remove the tare skin, scrape away the leftover cage and the inside surface of the pork skin.
- Pour another pot of water into the pot + ginger + scallions + pepper and pork skin, soft stew.
- Soak peanuts in warm water + pepper, chili, salt and 1 tablespoon sugar. Liu simmered until the beans were tender.
- Covered, cut thin long and mix well with small peanuts + 2 teaspoons fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, chopped coriander is done.
FORMULATION 2: PIG EARLY PACKAGING
Material:
- Half of green papaya is peeled, leaving seeds inside, shavings.
- 300 grams of pork skin.
- Spices: Fish sauce, low salt, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, pepper
- Chopped laksa leaves, chili, a little roasted peanuts.
- Papaya after shredding, mix well with 1 teaspoon of salt. After 15 minutes, then squeeze out the water, rinse with cold water.
- Pork and peanut preliminarily processed in the above way.
- Minced minced garlic and mix well with pepper.
- Put papaya, garlic, pepper, pork skin, boiled laksa leaves in a bowl.
- Mix the spices according to the following ratio: 3 tablespoons fish sauce + 2 tablespoons sugar + 2 tablespoons of filtered water, slowly pour into the bowl, shock.
- Continue squeezing a few drops of lemon juice, mix well.
- Sprinkle the peanuts and chili pepper on top.
